FAQ

1. When will my order ship?

In-stock items will ship 1-2 business days after the order is placed.

For pre-order items, the ship date is always noted in red text in the product description.

If an order includes both an in-stock item and a pre-order item, we will wait for the pre-order item and ship everything together.

2. How long will it take to get my order?

Domestic Orders: Once an order is shipped, it will typically take 2-5 business days to be delivered.

International Orders: Once an order is shipped, it can take up to 2-4 weeks to be delivered, depending on the distance from our fulfillment center (NY, USA) to the destination. It can take longer in some cases.

3. How do I track my order?

You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

4. Tracking says that my order was delivered, but I did not receive it. What should I do?

In this case, we always suggest that you check with your neighbors and/or local post office. In most cases, packages are found this way. If not, please contact the USPS directly and explain what has happened using your tracking number as reference. We are not held responsible for any packages that show as delivered but are deemed lost or stolen.

5. Can I return an item from my order?

You may return your item(s) within 30 days after the product has been received. The item(s) must be unwashed, unworn, and in the original packaging that it was received to be considered for a refund or exchange.

*Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

*Note: Limited timed pre-orders, such as our 'Get It or Regret It' releases are printed to order and are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless deemed defective or incorrect.

6. My item is defective. What should I do?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Please email michael@shockemthread.com or use the 'CONTACT' form located on the main menu to submit your claim.

7. I received the incorrect item (size or design). What should I do?

Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. These claims must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Please email michael@shockemthread.com or use the 'CONTACT' form located on the main menu to submit your claim.

8. What is a 'Get It or Regret It' release?

A 'Get It or Regret It' release is a special item which is a limited timed pre-order. These items will only be available during the time frame specified (3 or 4 days). After which, they will disappear from the store and reprints/restocks/extras are not guaranteed in the future.
